• February 5, 2025 – The first masterclass was conducted by renowned pianist Mr. Benjamin Loh at Parkway Parade Singapore (Robert Piano). Each participant received a 30-minute one-on-one coaching session.
• February 6, 2025 – The second masterclass featured Ms. Kong Kar Mun, a distinguished piano educator, who mentored participants in a similar private session format.

Practice Session – Exclusive Rehearsal Rooms for Participants

To ensure participants were well-prepared for the competition, a practice session was arranged on February 6, 2025, at Kawai Music School. Each participant was given 30 minutes of dedicated rehearsal time, accompanied by their teachers or parents. This opportunity allowed them to fine-tune their performances before the main event.

Festival Day – A Global Musical Showcase

The highly anticipated Festival Day took place on February 8, 2025, at Lee Foundation Theater, NAFA Campus 3 & China Cultural Centre. The event saw an impressive participation of 178 musicians from Indonesia, including 144 pianists and 34 vocalists. In addition, talented artists from Malaysia, Singapore, China, Thailand, the USA, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the UK, Russia, Ukraine, Mongolia, Canada, and Australia also competed, making this a truly international event.

Participants were divided into the following categories:

• Children Category A-D
• Teenagers Category
• Youth Category
• Open Category A-B
• Grade 1-8

The competition featured a variety of musical instruments, including:

• Piano
• Violin
• Vocal
• Dance
• Cello
• Clarinet
• Flute
• Guzheng
• Ruan

This 12-hour musical marathon provided a platform for young and emerging musicians to showcase their technical skills and artistic interpretations, competing among the best talents from around the world.

Ceremony Concert & Awarding Day – Honoring Musical Excellence

The grand finale, the Ceremony Concert & Awarding Day, was held on February 9, 2025, at Lee Foundation Theater, NAFA Campus 3. The event featured special performances by selected participants, including Shaula Estrella from Indonesia, who was recognized for her outstanding performance.

Following the concert, the much-awaited awards ceremony took place, where top performers in each category were honored for their dedication, hard work, and musical prowess. The awards not only recognized talent but also served as a stepping stone for young musicians aiming to build their careers in the international music industry.
