HIMAC provided dedicated practice rooms equipped with both upright and grand pianos, where participants rehearsed for 30 minutes each under the guidance of parents or teachers. These sessions were not just about running through notes—they were moments of grounding, ensuring every performer stepped into the competition with clarity and confidence.
Competition Days – Showcasing Talent and Discipline

For two full days, JC3 Level 1 and the Design Studio Level 9 of Sunway University transformed into concert halls alive with music. From Indonesia alone, 24 pianists brought their artistry to the stage, each performance a testament to months of preparation and dedication. Under the gaze of an esteemed jury, participants delivered interpretations that blended technical skill with heartfelt expression.
Award Ceremony – Recognizing Achievement

HIMAC concluded with an extraordinary opportunity for the Top 5 winners of each group. Inside the professional filming studio of Sunway University, these young pianists were invited to record their performances, capturing not just their music but also a milestone in their artistic journey. For many, it was their first experience stepping into the world of professional recording—an inspiring finale that bridged competition with real-world artistry.
