How to Register for FIMO International Events

FIMO provides a clear and efficient registration flow for participants. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you prepare for these events:

1. Preliminary Rounds 

Participants begin by competing in national-level events such as the Indonesia National Piano Competition or Rhapsodie Indonesia Piano Competition. These serve as qualifying rounds for international FIMO events.

Below is a list of preliminary events held in Indonesia that you can take part in for upcoming international music events

• Indonesia Winter Music Festival will be held online, last video submission will be on 17th January 2025
• Rhapsodie Singing Competition will be held at Institut Francais Indonesie on 22th February 2025
• Rhapsodie Indonesia Music Festival will be held at Balai Resital Kertanegara on 25th March 2025
• Rhapsodie Indonesia Piano Competition will start at JW Mariott Hotel Medan, North Sumarta on 26th April 2025
• The most anticipated event—the Indonesian National Piano Competition—which will take place across three cities, Jakarta, Palembang, and Semarang.

2. Download the Guidebook

For detailed information about the event, including requirements, schedules, and competition rules, participants can download the official guidebook from the FIMO website.

3. Join the Zoom Session

Only qualifiers or finalists from the preliminary rounds will receive an invitation to a Zoom session. This session provides insights into the event and answers to frequently asked questions.

4. Complete Registration

Submit your registration form along with payment through the provided link. Ensure all required details and documents are accurate to avoid delays.

5. Attend the Final Briefing

A final Zoom meeting will be held for registered participants. This briefing ensures everyone is fully prepared before heading to the event.

6. Go to the Event

Once all steps are completed, participants are ready to attend their selected international music event and represent their nation.
