Held in December 2025 in Singapore, the CHAMPS Universal Music Festival brought together passionate young performers for an immersive international music experience—one that combined education, preparation, performance, and recognition. A Gateway to Global Musical Excellence
The CHAMPS Universal Music Festival is an internationally oriented music festival created to nurture young musicians through a structured, high-quality program. Taking place on 20th December 2025 at MusArt Co-Create, 23 Lor 29, the festival provided an inspiring environment where talent met international standards. At this edition, 35 young musicians from Indonesia participated under the guidance of FIMO, representing Piano, Drum, and Acoustic Guitar categories. Their presence highlighted Indonesia’s growing strength in music education and performance on a regional and global scale.
Masterclass: One-on-One Learning with International Masters

The festival began with an exclusive Masterclass, featuring private one-on-one learning sessions tailored to each participant’s instrument. For piano participants, the masterclass was led by respected educators:
- Mr. Simon Soh (Singapore)
- Mr. Jerome Quah (Malaysia)
These sessions provided invaluable opportunities for young musicians to refine technique, deepen musical interpretation, and gain direct insights from international professionals. With us overseeing coordination and readiness, participants were able to fully focus on learning and artistic growth.
Practice Session – Preparing with Confidence

Understanding the importance of preparation, we arranged dedicated practice sessions for all participants. Each musician was given 30 minutes of practice time, with access to both upright and grand pianos, allowing them to rehearse comfortably with parents or teachers.
This thoughtful stage helped participants adjust to the venue, instruments, and atmosphere—building confidence and reducing performance anxiety before the competition day.
Competition – Indonesian Talent Shines in Singapore

The competition was the centerpiece of the festival. Indonesian participants supported by FIMO included:
- 32 Piano participants
- 1 Drum participant
- 2 Acoustic Guitar participants
With a total of 35 Indonesian performers, the competition highlighted not only technical ability but also musical expression, discipline, and stage presence. Competing in an international environment allowed participants to benchmark themselves globally while gaining valuable performance experience.
Award Ceremony – Immediate Recognition and Motivation
